Since the early '70s we have always used our holiday home Il Gatto e il Violino as a receptive structure.
THE PARK
The park of our holiday home in Fermo is divided into four "thematic" areas all accessible to all guests who want to immerse themselves in the green.

The large hall, with valuable frescoes, can be used for events, exhibitions and concerts with a maximum capacity of 12 people at a time.
THE BEACH
The wide beach of fine sand, with a gently sloping seabed, is only 800 meters from our holiday home.
Each room has been decorated with different colors ranging from blue, pink to green
just to maintain balance with the outside of the park always colorful and alive in every season of the year,
thanks to the presence of evergreens and flowering plants.
THE HOLIDAY HOME
An outbuilding we call "La casetta". Renovated in 2016 for the pleasure and comfort of our guests.
